KETO CRUNCHY DEVILLED EGGS BY FITTERATI BAKE
INGREDIENTS
3 large eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon lime juice
Pinch of salt
Almond flakes
Chives
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Boil the eggs and halve them. Scoop out the yolks into a bowl and set aside the whites.
2. Add mayonnaise, curry powder, lime juice and salt into the yolks. Mash it until smooth.
3. Spoon the egg yolk mixture back into the egg whites. Then, garnish with almond flakes and snipped chives.
4. For a gourmet look, use a piping bag to pipe out the yolk mixture.
5. Chill it before serving.
