INGREDIENTS
8 oz. (225g) cream cheese
4fl oz. (120ml) coconut oil
1.5 oz. (45g) unsweetened cocoa powder
2 oz. (60g) erythritol (1/2 teaspoon stevia)
1 oz. (30g) unsweetened coconut flakes
Salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine cream cheese, coconut oil, cocoa powder, erythritol and a pinch of salt in a pot. On medium heat, stir the ingredients until it melted.
2. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly. With a hand mixer, beat the mixture until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Spread well so that it has the same thickness. Sprinkle the top with coconut flakes.
4. Chill in the fridges overnight.
5. Cut into 16 squares and enjoy the fudgy goodness!
